Initially, blog posts can be added by emailing the necessary info to me. Note that I have set up a special email - unshackledweb@yahoo.com. Also, if you don't want to have to enter you email address, you can also use the form on the 'contact us' page. Here is what I'll need.
1 - Your name. I should be able to figure it out from your email, but who knows? Maybe someone outside our group wants to post in our blog, or maybe you're sending me a post on behalf of some one else.
2 - The text to include in the post.
3 - If you wish to include either a video or an image, include it as an attachment in the email. This is strictly optional. If you want an image, but don't have one, describe what you'd like. I have links to some copyright-free sites and might find one for you.
4 - Keywords/tags (optional). These can be used to identify posts in the blog so they can be more easily found. Eventually, we may come up with a set and identify each post with one or more tags. But for now, don't worry about it.
Ultimately, people can add their own blog posts, but that means giving you the super secret password and you'd actually be directly editing the website, which not everyone is comfortable with. So for now I will handle adding blog posts and other updates.
