(12/28/2020) Professor asserts black votes should count twice. It disturbs me that academia can spew out such nonsense as this and there are no checks and balances. Almost not one is academia is willing to stand up and call it for the nonsense that it is. Why? They may be risking their jobs. Academia is on a downward death spiral. At least I hope it dies. Seeking truth and wisdom and facts and knowledge are no longer the objectives of academia. Pushing the progressive narrative through indoctrination and intimidation is the objective. And nothing that pushes that objective is too absurd to gain the full acceptance and support (or at least no push back) from fellow academicians. In many fields, the incompetent will be weeded out. In academia, they get promoted and gain tenure. Taxpayers should not be subsidizing this, yet we are.

There are far, far more examples of hate doming from the Left than from the Right, but far more accusations of hate being directed at the Right.

It really is time to be fighting back. CRT is nothing but a tool to indoctrinate people in a lie. It is harmful to individuals and it is harmful to the country.

(11/23/2020) The war on standards: Magnet school admissions edition. In my first job coming out of grad school way back in 1976, there was an assumption that blacks were an affirmative action hire. Some were and some weren't, but those that weren't had to work hard to overcome the impression that they were. Why the assumption? Because blacks were held to a lower standard. Things have actually gotten worse since then. And it is the most capable blacks, the ones who didn't rely on the lower standards, who suffer most.

(11/18/2020) Correct Diagnostics Needed. You would think this would be obvious, but you would be wrong. If the correct diagnosis is not politically correct, we won't treat the actual problem. We will treat a problem that does not exist, making the actual problem worse and worse. What is the incorrect diagnosis? That problems in the black community are a result of racism rather than the result of a dysfunctional family structure and holding blacks to much lower standards than others.

Note that this is an English class and the students are not to disagree with her concerning abortion, same sex marriage and Black Lives Matter. Of course, the "action" just amounts to modifying the syllabus and lecturing the professor about the First Amendment.

Note that if whites do that which is necessary to succeed, it is white privilege. If blacks fail to do what is necessary to succeed, it is because of racism. They have already made up their minds that Trump is a racist and Biden is not. Why, all sensible people knows this to be true!! All contrary evidence, no matter how overwhelming, is to be ignored. This is the great danger to ourselves, to our country, to the world. Many a narrative is built and promoted based on lies, deceit, misrepresentations, out of context quotes and more. And once accepted by the gullible, they can be extremely difficult to dislodge. Note that no one claimed that Trump was a racist until he decided to run for president as a Republican. Why? Because there was (and is) no such evidence. But the endlessly repeated narrative is now that he is a racist, white supremacist. The actual evidence is quite to the contrary. Why do so many buy into it when they never would have done so prior to 2016? Because an assumption in their worldview is that Republicans are racists. As soon as Trump declared himself a Republican, that for which there is no evidence became blindingly obvious to those for whom truth and reality are no longer of value.

Suppose we have a societal objective, and that objective is to improve race relations in America. Is this sort of statement going to help? Of course not! Just the opposite. Conclusion: Jemele Hill and a huge portion of the Democrat party (she is hardly alone is statements like this) are not interested in improving race relations. They find it highly profitable, both personally and politically, to make race relations worse - and that is exactly what they are doing.

Meanwhile, since there is such a shortage of racist incidents, almost all such "incidents" are hoaxes. Two questions: Why do race mongers ignore this reality? Because they are race mongers. And why do people feel the need to make up racist incidents against themselves? For attention? To feel like the victim they want themselves to be? For narrative and political gain? Whatever, it is sick and it is destrutive and it is evil. I cannot think of a single "racist" incident in the news that was real - they are all hoaxes or figments of someone's imagination (Bubba Wallace and other "noose" incidents). We should be rejoicing that we have almost no genuine racist incidents and instead we are told that even though they are fake, we need to use them to come to grips with our racist selves. Disgraceful, but then there is an awful lot of disgraceful stuff going on right now.

Corporations have forked over $400 million to them. Even if not torn down, statues are being removed at their demand, and places renamed. Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton must be jealous since their shakedown operations were nothing compared to BLM. This article makes the case that it is our mainstream media that is giving them this power. I'll add that white guilt, something that is totally uncalled for, is another contributing factor.

But in other ways they are far worse. And sadly, it is in the interest of the Democrat Party to make race relations as bad as possible. They are working hard at it and for now, they are succeeding. Disgusting. Do not join the bandwagon of mea culpas and apologies for non-existent racism. Some racism still exists, but there are very few racists. Don't play their game and distract from the real issues - high crime in black neighborhoods, fatherless families, gangs and black on black homicide. Most of the places where blacks are the worst off have been run by Democrats (many of them black) for decades. Instead of helping blacks, they work hard to instill the culture of victimhood throughout the black community. Democrats prosper at the expense of blacks.

Of countries that are genuinely mixed race, America is almost certainly the least racist of all! The lure of "free" money intoxicates, however. Just like Aaron Rogers, people accept that he is a great quarterback. But they don't like him. But what is disturbing is that there are no standards in academia any more. Peer review? Pointless. to put it bluntly, there is no reason to pay attention to anything coming out of academia today, because none of it can be trusted. Well, some can, but it has to go through a long review process post-publication. Most academic journals publish 95% garbage. Virtually none of what they publish will be remembered even a few short months after publication.

His "finest hour" is his statement: “This country, though we would like to think otherwise, was founded on racism, has persisted through racism, and is racist today.” The video, banned from YouTube, debunks every single point O'Rourke used to back up his totally false claim. Why are the Democrats - O'Rourke isn't the only one - so determined to make race relations worse in America? Simple. Their electoral success is dependent on getting something around 90% of the Black vote. Getting that vote is far more important than improving the lot of Blacks and having racial harmony in America.
